Helpful Information

You can hire for 1 day, 3 days or a week, with a minimum 2 week hire for a full set and a minimum 4 week hire for anything during the peak pantomime season.
Please note that a weekend hire is 3 days.
All prices are subject to VAT which will be charged at the applicable rate. All payments are to be made by electronic bank transfer.
A 50% deposit is due to secure your hire, with the balance being due before it leaves our warehouse.
Please note that we have a minimum hire charge of £250, excluding VAT and any transport costs.
We may charge a Loss Damage Waiver fee, if you do not have adequate insurance to cover what you have hired when it is in your care.

It might be easier to come and get it!

Smaller hires are often more cost effective if collected rather than couriered.
We are conveniently located, and have good access, plus we can arrange times to suit you.
Alternatively a courier can be sourced and recharged if you wish.
It is essential that any transport you arrange is fit for purpose and large enough to avoid things being broken in transit.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all hires are returned safely and completely, without any alteration, detraction, or damage. Any costs incurred in returning items to the state in which they left us, will be chargeable to the hirer.
Please ensure that any transport you arrange is fit for purpose and large enough to ensure items are not damaged: Non-theatrical haulage companies are not always as successful as specialists.
All transport details and costs will be discussed and agreed with you ahead of being booked.
The recharged costs of any transport that we arrange on your behalf is due before the hire period starts, and will be invoiced accordingly.

Make sure there is enough room!

For full set hires you can arrange collection using a recognised theatrical haulage company if you prefer, or we can arrange through our preferred haulage company, KB Event, who are experts at ensuring everything arrives safely.
It is essential that any transport you arrange is fit for purpose and large enough to avoid things being broken in transit.
Please note that for large hires, and particularly full set hires, we would often need to charge for a load crew, the details of which will be fully explained in your quote.
Care must be taken of everything that is hired, and cloths that are not folded correctly before return will be chargeable.

Information

There is a minimum hire period of 1 week for costumes.
Please ensure that costume hires are arranged early enough to facilitate the necessary alterations. We will need measurements for performers ahead of dispatch.
We only offer hires on full costumes, not individual costume items.
We do not allow any form of alteration or addition to any hired items. Anything that is returned altered in any way will be chargeable.
